You must provide accurate account information, protect your login, and use the service in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Pool Caddy provides tools for picks, scoring, standings, and commissioner-managed records. Pool Caddy is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers or hold member entry fees. Commissioners and members are responsible for their own arrangements and legal compliance.

A Pool Caddy promotion may have separate official rules governing eligibility, entry, scoring, prizes, and timing. Promotions shown in the iOS app are sponsored by Pool Caddy or the sponsor named in those rules. Apple is not a sponsor of, responsible for, or involved in any Pool Caddy contest or promotion.

Do not post harassment, threats, hate speech, illegal material, spam, impersonation, or content that violates another person’s rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect the community.

Scores, odds, schedules, rankings, and other third-party data can be delayed, corrected, or unavailable. Pool Caddy may update or discontinue features and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party data is error-free.

You may stop using Pool Caddy or delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for security, abuse, unlawful conduct, or material violations of these terms.
